Seed Organization
As a small gardener who has close to 100 seeds. My seed collection was getting a little out of hand.
I have it sort of organized in a certain way. I could probably use two of these. But I will make do with one, for now.
I had seen a suggestion for putting your seeds in a photo album; it wouldn't even close! I had to find a different solution.
That's when I discovered the photo organizer from Michael's. It's typically $14.99. I have seen it on sale for $12.99.
It comes with 16 cases that would fit the size of a 4x6 picture. Perfect size for most seed packages!
I have it sort of organized in a certain way. I could probably use two of these. But I will make do with one, for now.
Here's how I have mine organized:
Slicer Tomatoes
Paste Tomatoes
Cherry/Grape Tomatoes
Tomatillos
Gourds/Squash
Bush Beans
Sweet & Hot Peppers
Okra
Peas
Melons
Leafy Greens
Herbs
Brassica
Corn & Eggplant
Flowers and more flowers
It's so much easier to find the seeds when I'm looking for a particular one. Instead of going through each package one by one. I just pull out the case that has a certain category. Time saver!
